As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop the telesales database of potential clients in the region. This involves conducting directory searches, cold calling, seeking references from existing clients, old customers, and non-active customers. By proactively reaching out to these potential clients, you will play a crucial role in generating quality leads for the sales teams to acquire new customers. Another key aspect of your role will be to engage in cold calling activities to connect with customers in the telemarketing database. Your goal will be to generate business from abandoned or lost customers by maintaining regular communication with them. By updating them on new products and services, you will help rekindle their interest and forward such leads to the sales teams for further action. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maximizing sales leads by contacting existing customers regularly to explore potential cross-sell opportunities. Identifying these opportunities and passing them on to the sales teams will be essential in driving revenue growth. Your role will also involve ensuring lead conversion by arranging meetings, customer visits, and submitting proposals to interested clients. By providing after-sales support, such as making courtesy calls, tracking sales and service for the initial 3 months, and resolving any issues that may arise, you will help maintain strong relationships with customers. During the initial 3 months post sign-up, you will serve as the single point of contact for the customer, ensuring a seamless experience. To excel in this position, you will need to focus on maximizing productivity metrics such as the average number of leads per full-time equivalent (FTE), lead conversion rates, and revenue per FTE.
