Job Overview

The Senior Executive HR Compliance is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to statutory laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies. The role involves managing audits, maintaining documentation, monitoring HR compliance deadlines, and supporting seamless coordination with labor authorities and external agencies.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely compliance for EPF, ESI, LWF, PT challan payments, statutory returns and handling ESI and EPF Benefits
  • Manage compliance documentation, records, and statutory registers as per labor law requirements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Wages Act.
  • Handle inspections from statutory bodies and support legal compliance needs proactively.

Audit & Reporting

  • Prepare MIS reports, statutory trackers, and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Exposure to audit handling including closure of compliance gaps and preparedness for future audits.

Contractor & Customer Compliance

  • Manage contractor compliance under CLRA including license renewals, wage compliance, and document verification.
  • Coordinate with contractors for timely submission of PF, ESI, LWF, PT and related documents.
  • Support preparation of compliance documents required by customers and external agencies.

Policy Adherence & Risk Management

  • Monitor HR processes and ensure alignment with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Identify non-compliance risks and recommend preventive measures to reduce exposure.
  • Support grievance management related to statutory benefits and labor issues.

Qualification & Skills

  • Education: MBA/PGDM HR / MSW / MHRM or equivalent
  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR statutory compliance role
  • Good knowledge of HR statutory acts and compliance portals
  • Strong MS Excel skills for reporting and dashboards
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and deadline-driven
  • Ability to handle audits efficiently
