Job Description

EXPERIENCE 3-6 years of experience in effectively handling employee lifecycle management, implementing HR policies, supporting performance management, facilitating training and development, payroll processing, and ensuring statutory compliance. BASIC QUALIFICATION Bachelors/ master’s in business administration specializing in Human Resources. MANDATORY LANGUAGES English, Hindi and Telugu. INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE / OTHERS Basic understanding of retail sales (B2C) and B2B sales, freight movement, and supply chain management. Knowledge of labour laws & regulations and Statutory compliance. Proficient in HR analytics and HRMS platforms. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES Recruitment & Selection Skills Employee Relations & Engagement Performance Management Policy & Change Management Data Management Payroll Processing Statutory Compliance(PF, ESI, TDS, S&E & CLRA) Proficient in Zoho People & Payroll. Proficient in MS-Office/ Google workspace. Proficient in Language (English, Telugu & Hindi) Looking for immediate joiner.
