Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant roles.
  • Coordinate with line managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs.

2. Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
  • Manage confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Conduct employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with HODs.
  • Organize skill development, safety training, and compliance programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

5. HR Operations & MIS

  • Prepare and share HR dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Track attrition, absenteeism, and manpower costs.
  • Support in HR audits and ISO documentation.

Preferred candidate profile: Full Time MBA with Plant HR experience perferred.
