Daily reconciliation of bank statements with company books. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Maintain proper records of input and output GST. Reconciliation of GSTR with books and vendor filings.
Timely deduction and deposit of TDS as per statutory norms. Filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.). Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).
Maintain and reconcile Input Tax Credit ledgers. Coordinate with vendors for proper GST compliance and invoicing. Ensure accurate claim of eligible ITC under GST law.
CA/MBA/MCom.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / or similar accounting software.
Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
