Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

As a Senior Executive Finance & Accounts at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing general accounting operations with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing non-routine accounting tasks independently - Communicating professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams for AR/AP reconciliations - Generating intercompany (IC) invoices and coordinating with IC partners - Supporting monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting - Participating in preparation and review of statutory books and internal audit processes - Providing necessary records and clarifications during audits - Collaborating with colleagues, assisting management, and contributing to process improvements In addition to the key responsibilities, we expect you to have: - Strong knowledge of tax filing - Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and initiative-taking ability - Willingness to support manager and team members, including during absences - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities - Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to help peers across departments Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in commerce - Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience - Experience in a manufacturing environment - Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) - Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JDE,
