Senior Executive - FC&A

Job Title: Accounts Executive Job Summary: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting team in day-to-day accounting activities. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payment receipts. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/clients for billing and payments. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Respond to queries from auditors, vendors, and internal teams related to accounting matters. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company data. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
