Job Description

Brief Job Description:

Receive and upload bank file received from client into SAP.
Identify and research variances between customer payments and remittance advice.
Work with the client SME to resolve per escalation procedures approved by client.
Electronically store Cash Application batches, cash adjustments and credit memos processed.
Process credit card payments.
Reconcile bank charges – ACH debits, bank fees, credit card fees, etc.
Monitor and electronically store debit memos received via email.
Run Daily Sales Tax Deduction

Report to determine if customer has valid exemption certificate.
To ensure SLA targets are achieved.
Ability to comprehend complex information quickly & respond with clear solutions.
Responsible to adhering to applicable policy, procedures, standards and internal controls.
