Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete EXIM documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, BL, COO, and ERC.
Classify products with accurate HSN codes and coordinate with customs for valuation.
Handle Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments including DG declaration, UN packaging, MSDS, and IATA/IMDG compliance.
Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, port authorities, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, SEZ, ICEGATE, and other EXIM-related regulations.
Manage BIS certifications and EPR registration, including reporting to the Ministry of Environment.
Liaise with SVB for related-party imports and valuation queries.
Ensure AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Utilize export-import benefits such as Advance Authorization, EPCG, Duty Drawback, and ERC.
Maintain accurate records and generate MIS reports using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
Coordinate with finance for LC documentation, bank compliance, and related processes.
Track and monitor international shipments, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
Stay updated on EXIM policies, customs laws, and global trade regulations.
Identify and apply relevant customs notifications for duty exemptions and regulatory compliance.
