As a Senior Executive / Executive Operations with LA Freightlift, your primary role will involve managing and supporting our export operations team, specifically focusing on air exports. Your responsibilities will include: - Manage air export operations to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution. - Oversee CHA and field work to ensure compliance with customs regulations. - Lead, guide, and motivate a team of operations professionals. - Coordinate with stakeholders such as airlines and customs authorities. - Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth execution of shipments. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in air exports. - A valid H Card. - Strong knowledge of customs regulations, export procedures, and documentation. - Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
