Senior Executive Disbursement Account

Key Responsibilities: - Verify Supplier Invoices: Perform 3-way matching, chase late invoices, resolve queries with the country team, and post invoices and revenue fees. - Generate Agency Fee & Disbursement Accounts: Account for revenue, ensure correct DAs, generate Disbursement Accounts, and dispatch them to customers in compliance with accounting requirements. - Manage Processes: Collaborate with the country team to enhance processes and task transfer. - Build Relationships: Keep the line manager informed of issues, work with the country team to resolve customer queries, and maintain positive relationships with LPAs and customers. Qualification Required: - PC literate with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Customer service orientation and willingness to learn - Effective communication, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written skills - Experience in a multinational company and basic knowledge of accounting rules Desirable qualifications: - Experience in Ship and Port agency-related field - Previous work in a shared service center environment - Basic knowledge of the shipping industry If you are prepared to take on this challenging and rewarding role, Inchcape Shipping Services invites you to apply and become part of their dynamic team.,
