Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst, with your primary role focused on managing day-to-day ad operations on major Paid Media Channels like Google, Meta, and Bing. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns. This will require you to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand client objectives and surpass their goals. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing the daily operations of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels - Designing strategies to achieve client goals and exceed performance targets - Providing regular and ad hoc reporting on campaign performance - Managing budgets effectively - Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape - Preparing and presenting Business Review decks - Mentoring junior team members and interns on digital marketing best practices Qualification Required: - Proven experience in managing ad operations on major Paid Media Channels - Strong analytical skills and the ability to design effective marketing strategies - Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders effectively - Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports and business reviews - Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign performance effectively Location: The position is located on the 3rd floor, Survey No. 35, Deep Complex, Above Renault Showroom, Mumbai Bangalore Highway Road, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra - 411 045.
