  • Email analysis and support, data entry for efficient reporting and assist client specific tasks such as cancellation and issuance of remediation refund/s.
  • 1. Candidates with upto 24 months of exp in any customer service in any BPO/Non BPO from any insurance background. 2. Any graduates to be considered for this role.
  • 3. Candidates with prior exp in email writing support will be preferred.
  • 4. Very good emails writing skills needed
  • 5, B2-8 should be the CEF criteria
