What role will you play? HR Helpdesk || Gurgaon What will your job attributes include? The role is evidently focused towards resolving customer complaints & queries. Handling inbound calls from customers Outbound calls for follow-ups with employees Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion Understand and manage personal performance (includes Productivity, Quality, On time login, SLA for Complaints) on daily basis Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients products and services What skills will help you succeed in this role? Good Communication skills Comfortable in working 6 days from office What personal attributes will help you win?
