Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive- Civil to join our team at Asahi India Glass Ltd, located in the glass industry. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience and a strong background in civil engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or defects.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in the glass industry.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, such as AutoCAD and project management tools.
