Senior Executive - CF - Risk and legal

As a Senior Executive - Risk and Legal, your role involves conducting verification of various compliances of existing practices and processes being followed in KGS. You will assist in modifying or adding to existing checkpoints used for reviewing the process to align with best practices. Your responsibilities include interacting with various stakeholders to understand the process and recommending areas of improvement in existing controls and processes. Additionally, you will assist in conducting internal reviews for various functions such as IT, HR, and Admin. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting verification of various compliances of existing practices and processes - Assisting in modification or addition of existing checkpoints to align with best practices - Interacting with stakeholders to understand processes and suggest areas for improvement - Conducting internal reviews for functions such as IT, HR, and Admin - Monitoring KGS Policy & Procedure creation and revision processes for appropriate risk management consideration - Assisting in the preparation of monthly Dashboards - Executing special projects as directed by the Leadership team,
