Location: Bengaluru & Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Student Placement Support: Organize and coordinate placement activities for students. Provide pre-placement support, including mock tests and interview preparation.
  2. Client Engagement & Placement Opportunities: Identify and establish associations with new recruiters/clients to expand placement opportunities. Meet with clients to understand their manpower requirements and align them with student profiles.
  3. Center Enablement & Support: Enable and guide franchise centers through the Placement Registration process. Provide regular support and activities to ensure centers are actively involved in the placement process.
  4. Industry Interaction & Events: Organize industry seminars, workshops, and alumni meets to enhance student engagement and networking. Support industry connects events and related activities to build relationships with potential employers.
  5. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain a comprehensive student database, including profiles and placement statuses. Manage an MIS to track students placed, including organizations and positions.

Qualifications

  • Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Work Experience: 2 to 4 years
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Networking within the industry
  • Proficient in client prospecting and relationship management
  • Experience in arranging industry seminars and workshops
