Job Description

You will play a crucial role as a Senior Brand Executive at Livspace, acting as the bridge between the creative team and stakeholders in alliance marketing and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the Livspace brand identity within the alliance marketing and sales teams, providing marketing support for both offline and online partnerships and events, and ensuring brand salience is consistently maintained. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in refining marketing strategies and briefing the creative team on marketing collaterals for alliance partnerships and events. Analyze performance data to optimize marketing approaches. - Take the lead on all brand marketing efforts for events and below-the-line activations, from planning to execution, including coordination with agency stakeholders and third-party vendors. - Collaborate with the alliance marketing team to analyze campaign data and metrics, identifying best practices and recommendations for enhancing the impact of campaign creatives and collaterals. - Work closely with the creative teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and visuals with affiliate marketing objectives. - Maintain brand consistency across affiliate marketing channels, both physical and digital, by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring messaging remains congruent with the Livspace brand identity. - Collaborate and manage stakeholders from various cross-functional teams such as business, category, sales, and customer support to ensure a unified approach to brand marketing. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (post-grad diploma with work experience in creative optimization is a plus). - Proven experience in brand management, offline marketing, and event management. - Willingness to travel to event locations for on-ground marketing efforts. - Strong analytical skills and experience using analytic tools to measure KPIs and optimize campaigns. - Attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency in creatives and data analysis for performance metrics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the Livspace family and external stakeholders. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to industry best practices. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and an understanding of copywriting or design sensibilities will be advantageous. - Basic knowledge of the Indian home interiors landscape is a bonus. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.,
