Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily branch operations such as cash transactions, account processing, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and issues promptly
  • Support the Branch Manager and Deputy Manager in operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
  • Identify and report operational risks or discrepancies
  • Coordinate with other teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in banking operations or related field
  • Good understanding of banking products and processes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
