Job Description Handled documentation of borrowings above Rs. 1000 Crore. FC borrowing exposure preferred. Managing relationships with 5 or more banks. Expertise in handling export - import transactions, including services and expert knowledge of compliances pertaining to RBI & FEMA. Hands on experience of ODI transactions and compliances. Hands on experience for forex transactions booking and hedging, including documentation requirements for compliances. Hands on experience for managing credit ratings.
