The Role

Summary

We're looking for more than a diary-manager or call-screener. This role is for a Senior EA/PA who thrives on becoming an expert in anythingwhether that's uncovering the right people for a project in Berlin, finding market intel in Singapore, or navigating government processes in Sydney.You'll be the force multiplier behind a fast-moving CEO. When a challenge or opportunity comes up, you're already three steps ahead with the intel, introductions, and options on the table.What You'll Do

• Act as the right hand to the CEOanticipating needs, solving problems before they're spoken.
• Research, investigate, and become an instant expert on new topics, industries, and regions.
• Build and nurture a global network of contactsfrom industry leaders to niche specialists.
• Manage executive priorities, calendar, travel, and communication with ruthless efficiency.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion.
• Provide project support across business ventures, partnerships, and new initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Senior EA, Chief of Staff, or high-level PA.
• An insatiable curiosity and ability to master new industries and projects quickly.
• Exceptional research skillsturning noise into clear, actionable insight.
• A global mindset: you're comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and industries.
• High EQ and communication skillsyou can talk to anyone and get results.
