Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive Accounts

Job Purpose:

To manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial entries, support statutory compliance, and assist in reporting and audit processes to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Operations

Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of journal entries.
Handle daily accounting tasks including vouchers, bank entries, and reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
Monitor customer collections and prepare ageing reports.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.

3. Statutory Compliance

Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

4. Audit Support

Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and statutory audits.
Coordinate with auditors and resolve queries.

5. MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Support preparation of financial statements and reports.

6. ERP & Documentation

Operate accounting modules in ERP systems (Tally/SAP).
Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Knowledge of Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems
Certification in GST, TDS, or accounting software is an added advantage
