Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive Accounts Payable

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities: (India, Middle East & America)

Experience

Location

Invoice Processing & Verification

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in line with company policies and approval hierarchies.
Match invoices with purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and service entries.
Ensure accuracy of vendor details, tax rates (GST/TDS), and account coding before posting.
Coordinate with Bank for regular transactions.
Coordinate with Bank for Submitting Softex documents.
New Vendor Creation in MSD

Payments & Reconciliation

Prepare vendor payment proposals and coordinate for timely disbursement as per credit terms.
Perform periodic vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor advance payments, debit notes, and credit adjustments.
Maintain and update the vendor master data in ERP.
Bank reconciliations.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (GST, TDS, withholding tax, etc.).
Coordinate with the tax team for monthly and annual filings related to vendor payments.
TDS and Other Statuary Payment & Filing Process

Reporting & Month-End Activities

Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and expense provisioning.
Prepare AP-related MIS reports, aging analysis, and payment status summaries.

Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
