Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Gurugram. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring proper functioning of computer systems. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical issues for end-users, maintaining hardware inventory, and performing routine hardware maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Skills in Printer Support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional, are a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
