Job Description

In this role at Avaada Group, you will be responsible for financial accounting tasks related to vendor invoices, compliance with taxation provisions, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining accurate documentation for audits. Your key responsibilities include: - Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices in line with company policies. - Verification of purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and invoice accuracy. - Ensure compliance with GST and TDS provisions during invoice processing. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies. - Prepare and reconcile vendor account statements. - Support in monthly closing and reporting of AP ledgers. - Maintain documentation and audit trails for internal and statutory audits. - Ensure adherence to internal control processes and SOPs. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce; candidates with CA Inter or relevant certifications preferred. - Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting standards. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
