Senior Executive- Accounts Payable

Role Overview: As a member of the Financial Accounting team at Avaada Group, your main responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices in compliance with company policies. You will also be required to verify purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and ensure invoice accuracy. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with GST and TDS provisions during invoice processing. Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies, preparing and reconciling vendor account statements, supporting in monthly closing and reporting of AP ledgers, maintaining documentation for audits, and ensuring adherence to internal control processes and SOPs will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices in line with company policies. - Verification of purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and invoice accuracy. - Ensure compliance with GST and TDS provisions during invoice processing. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies. - Prepare and reconcile vendor account statements. - Support in monthly closing and reporting of AP ledgers. - Maintain documentation and audit trails for internal and statutory audits. - Ensure adherence to internal control processes and SOPs. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce; candidates with CA Inter or relevant certifications preferred. - Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting standards. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,
