Estimation & Costing

Carry out
project budgeting, costing, and rate analysis
for civil, structural, and finishing works.
Prepare
bill estimates, costing reports
, and
cost-to-complete (CTC)
statements.
Perform
value engineering
to optimize cost without compromising safety, quality, and functionality.

Reconciliation & Reporting

Prepare
reconciliation statements
for materials, quantities, and contractors.
Prepare
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
and verify reinforcement quantities.
Maintain
MIS reports, stock reviews
, and other project financial reports.

Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with the project execution team for accurate data collection and validation.
Ensure proper
documentation and record-keeping
of all billing and estimation activities.
Support in
project budgeting
and financial planning exercises.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Billing, Estimation, Costing, and Rate Analysis

Proficient in
AutoCAD

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
