Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis to determine project viability.

• Prepare and coordinate working drawings with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Scrutinize municipal sanction drawings in compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and development control rules.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative and practical design solutions.

• Ensure adherence to applicable building bye-laws, regulations, and statutory norms.

• Generate detailed presentation drawings, design concepts, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.

• Review and incorporate client feedback and authority comments efficiently.

• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural practice.

• Strong knowledge of local development rules, building bye-laws, and approval processes.

• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and other design software.

Proficient in preparing and reviewing sanction drawings and working drawings.

Ability to prepare feasibility reports, site analysis, and conceptual layouts.

Strong design sensibility with the ability to convert concepts into buildable solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills
