Dynamic Yield, a Mastercard company, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial Employee Digital Experience team. This role focuses on the administration and management of multiple Microsoft 365 tenants for Mastercard and its mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate is passionate about continuous improvement, highly motivated, and possesses strong technical skills. You will play a pivotal role in our organization's digital transformation journey by managing existing tenants and implementing new capabilities, including automated flows and applications using Microsoft's Power Platform and Copilot . You'll collaborate closely with various teams across the company to identify automation opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity. The Role As a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer, you will: Microsoft 365 Expertise: Leverage your overall expertise and knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenants, with a focus on administration and management, serving as a strong technical base for the Employee Digital Experience team. Compliance & Data Governance: Apply knowledge and experience with Purview, retention management, and eDiscovery to ensure compliance and proper data handling. Power Platform Development: Administer and build automated flows and custom applications within Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) . Automation & Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, understand business processes, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their utilization of Microsoft 365 features. Reliability & Availability: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and availability of tenant features. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of tenant configurations, ensuring knowledge transfer and future scalability. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with operational teams, technical program managers, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver on automation initiatives. All About You Microsoft 365 Administration: Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 tenants. Tenant Capabilities: Demonstrated experience with all tenant capabilities, including collaboration tools and automation, and Copilot . Retention & eDiscovery: Knowledge of retention and eDiscovery capabilities within Microsoft 365. Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify automation opportunities. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams. Scripting: Experience with PowerShell scripting and other command-line interfaces. Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
