Job Description

Kent is looking for Senior Engineer/Specialist Piping Layout to join our team

Perform pipe stress analysis for lines connected to critical equipment such as centrifugal compressors/pumps, turbines, jacketed piping, Fired Heaters, Reboilers, etc.
Prepare Stress specifications, Pipe Support Standard Specifications, Critical line list, and other relevant documents.
Conduct dynamic analysis of piping systems using Caesar II software.
Review piping isometrics considering flexibility and support requirements.
Coordinate with inter-disciplines to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise a team of engineers and designers to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

Master's/Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from an Indian University (UGC approved) or overseas university.
Proficiency in piping design/layouts for process plants in oil & gas and chemical plants.
Experience with 3D design software like PDS, Auto plant, SP3D, E3D, CADWORX, and AUTOPLANT.
Strong understanding of statutory codes and regulations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead others.
Knowledge and experience with various ASME/API/ASTM standards and codes.
Familiarity with materials like CS, LTCS, SS, DSS, SDSS, INCONEL, and CU-NI.
Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices.
Leadership, decision-making, and delegation abilities.
Teamwork, coordination, planning, and organizing skills.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Business acumen and client focus.
Training and mentoring skills and innovation mindset.
