Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement complex engineering solutions.
Lead the development of new engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize engineering processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, with expertise in multiple disciplines.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
