• Minimum 10 years of experience in software product engineering in multi-national companies
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing software development teams• Experience working in Agile setups using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) in a global distributed environment• Technical expertise in building end to end enterprise applications (full stack) - Java, J2EE, Spring, Microservices, Kafka, event driven architecture, cloud native architectures, SQL and NoSQL Databases.• Should have exposure in AI/ML.• Good understanding of one of the UI frameworks like Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, Angular, React• Knowledge of Google Closure Templates, XSL, XSLT will be a plus• Experience working on Devops, Docker / Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure cloud, Github and CI / CD (Jenkins)• Experience on handling NFRs - Application Performance, Application Security, Junit, REST APIs, Mockito Frameworks etc.
