Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The role and responsibilities defined below are not intended to limit the Employees responsibilities and is intended to give a minimum guideline to the requirement of the position, maximum flexibility is expected.

Review and Analysis

Evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Review vendor proposals and offers.

Bid Preparation and Documentation

Prepare technical and commercial bids, proposals, data sheets, and related bid documentation.
Develop cost estimations, perform price calculations, and compile price and commercial proposals (both budgetary and firm).

Technical and Commercial Support

Prepare technical deviations from tender requirements.
Attend customer meetings to provide technical clarifications and engage in commercial discussions, price negotiations, and follow-up meetings or conferences as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals for various Coal Mills & Spares RFQs.
Preparation and submission of Bids/Offers/Proposal.
Preparation of Technical & Commercial clarifications and Tender Deviations.
Communication with Customers and Attending Customer Meetings.
Estimations and Cost price calculations for Coal Mills, Spares, Coal Grinding Plants.
Client Meeting MOM preparations and circulation.
Attending Negotiation meetings for Price and Commercial Terms
