Job Description

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Experience 2+ , 3+ years Additional: Knowledge in ISO 9001 , ISO 45001 , ISO 14001 Required Skills: Quality Assurance & Control Expertise in ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Process Inspection & Auditing Ability to conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA Experience in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Data Analysis & Reporting Proficiency in Minitab, MATLAB, or Excel for statistical analysis. Leadership & Team Management Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Strong analytical skills to identify defects and implement corrective actions. Additional Requirements: Experience with hot dip galvanization process and HDG standard codes (preferred). Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Ability to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
