Job Description:

Titan, a leading company in the Watches & Wearables industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Utility Maintenance to join our Engineering Services team in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.

As a Senior Engineer - Utility Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all utility systems and equipment in our facility. This includes but is not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as HVAC and other critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all utility systems and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of all systems
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with utility systems and equipment
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment inventory
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff
• Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Experience with HVAC systems and controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs

Work Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience: Previous experience in utility maintenance (Minimum 5 ~ 6 years) or a related field.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
