Senior Engineer/ shift Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with outsourced contractors for maintenance towards structural, Civil, Mechanical, electrical and others systems

• Maintain the general administration of the maintenance program

• Prepare maintenance consumables list according to budget maintenance

• Take quotation of vendors and make approval, comparative for further note

• Assist with preparation of Maintenance and Improvement Plans

• Establish preventative maintenance schedules

• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipments and determine site feasibility.

• Ensure inventories and consumables records are maintained. • Discuss Manager of major problems and recommend corrective actions.

• Implement safety procedures / accident prevention.

• Perform all work as assigned by the Manager as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the at an optimum level.

• Maintain HSD record and raise, approve requirements timely

• Maintain common area reading and resident reading in hard/soft copy

• All Hazardous (battery, oil etc) item sell off timely as per compliance

• Maintain AMC vendor record and take service as per agreement

• All daily PPM and annual schedule maintenance carried out timely

• Ensure that all engineering & maintenance activities /system adhere to the standard/efficiency productivity levels that have been set for the unit

• Recommend changes in process material and equipment, to enhance service level

• Make daily, monthly, and quarterly report

• Check daily complaint status and respond emergency complaint immediate

• Take site round and assign task to site team, take monthly training of technical staff

• Maintain complaint management and work request system and ensure timely response to all complaint and maintenance request

• Ensure timely receiving of material and spare as per the standardized protocol
