What youll achieve

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:

• As a SME, there will be front ending build and operations of end-to-end network infrastructure across multiple data center environments. Supported network infrastructure for all customer-facing product offerings for external customers.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
• Proficient in working directly with highly technical customers and managing customer expectations.
• Stays current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of Dell Technologies and industry products through professional associations, trade journals, networking and associated training and seminars. Actively works to educate others on potential problems and resolutions.
• The work environment is 24/7 rotating shifts and will cover weekends and weekdays.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience in remote IT Infrastructure support of global enterprise clients ,6+ years’ experience with Vblock, VxRail and MX Compute. This experience should include the planning, deployment, configuration and administration.
• Strong 6+ years’ experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, SRM, VSAN, NSX V/T is expected. This experience should include the planning, deployment, configuration and administration of host systems and virtual machines
• Exposure to VMware Cloud foundation technologies on Dell Platforms (HCI VxRail, VxBlock, Compute, Storage and Networking)
• Hands on experience in handling SDDC environment, knowledge on PowerEdge and Power scale
• Expert in managing End-to-end infrastructure and IT management for Converged/HCI, Storage, Cloud Applications, Platform Infrastructure, Data Protection.
