Senior Engineer

Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a key role in evaluating and improving existing manufacturing processes and workflows. Your responsibilities will include applying your knowledge of product design and assembly to enhance the manufacturing process. You will be tasked with creating processes and procedures to align with budgetary goals and performance quotas. Additionally, you will collaborate with the creative team to design and develop new products and product mock-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes and workflows - Apply knowledge of product design and assembly to enhance manufacturing processes - Create processes and procedures to align with budgetary goals and performance quotas - Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop new products and product mock-ups - Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure effective collaboration and cohesion - Establish efficient work sequences and devise innovative solutions to existing manufacturing challenges - Develop standardized design criteria across all product lines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - 2-3 years of design and quality control experience in product manufacturing - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills - History of progressive responsibility - Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs - Experience with CAD programs would be advantageous,
