Senior Engineer - QMS

Purpose of Job:

To develop the Quality Strategy, Quality policy, and Quality Manual to meet the ISO 9001 requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop the Quality Strategy, Quality policy, and Quality Manual to meet the ISO 9001 requirements
• Make the for Internal Audits and improve the process to meet the expectations.
• Need to plan for the External Audits (Certification and surveillance ) by discussion with the third-party agency
• Make frequent MRM meetings to understand the OKRs Status of each division
• Make the documents related to Company standard and ISO Interaction matrix, Risk management etc.
• Need to develop the Nutreco Requirements and make it standardized for QMS
• Make the record for the Customer Complaints and take the initiative to track and share with the Management
• Need to focus on the Quality Budget related to Quality Assurance --> Such as COPQ (Inline & Vendor), Warranty cost, Customer Complaint material cost, etc.

Qualification, Education & Required skills:

• Education Qualification: B. Tech required.
• 5+ years of experience required
• a) Should need the Certificate for ISO 9001:2015
• b)Should have participated in the MRM meeting
• c)Should have Knowledge of the External Audit coordination and NC closure etc
