Job Description

Exp : Must have At least 5+ years experience in Quality management system.

Skill : Auditing experience in QMS Should have internal auditor certificate of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.
Prepare and control quality documentation (SOPs, manuals, procedures).
Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
Lead and document
Debug Audits
to identify and resolve recurring quality issues.
Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for audit findings and process issues.
Perform root cause analysis using tools like 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why.
Ensure supplier quality through audits and incoming inspection.
Conduct and participate in
Management Review Meetings (MRM)
to evaluate QMS effectiveness.
Track and report
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
related to quality objectives and shall conduct monthly review meeting.
Train staff on ISO 9001, IPC standards, and quality procedures.
Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with external agents for BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) submission and ensure timely documentation and compliance.
