Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor the
Quality Assurance & Quality Control plan
for the project.
Inspect and ensure quality of
Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, and related structural works
.
Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and ensure execution as per
IS codes, NBC, and project standards
.
Conduct material inspections (cement, aggregates, steel, concrete, etc.) and verify test results.
Coordinate with consultants, third-party agencies, and internal teams for quality audits and inspections.
Maintain and update QA/QC documentation such as
checklists, ITPs, NCRs, calibration records, and test reports
.
Monitor site works to ensure compliance with
quality and safety standards
.
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for non-conformities.
Provide technical guidance to site engineers and supervisors on quality procedures.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports to management.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
QA/QC procedures in high-rise construction
.
Hands-on experience in
Mivan formwork, concrete technology, and finishing works
.
Familiarity with testing procedures for construction materials and workmanship.
Knowledge of ISO standards, IS codes, and quality management systems.
Good reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
