Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage
residential and commercial
real estate construction projects on-site from initiation to completion.
Prepare project
execution plans, timelines, and budgets
; monitor progress and ensure adherence.
Coordinate with
architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
to ensure seamless execution.
Review engineering drawings
and
designs
for technical accuracy and compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
Identify construction risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Enforce high standards
of safety, quality control,
and
cost-efficiency
.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
3 years
of hands-on experience in
Alu Form construction
.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum
7+ years
of experience in construction engineering with a proven track record of managing real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of modern construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Proficient in
construction management tools
and project tracking software.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
