Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Engineer (Presales) to join our dynamic Presales team. This individual will play a key role in engaging with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and driving the technical aspects of the sales process.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Full Stack development, Technical Architecture, and Solution Sales to collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and delivery teams. You will ensure that the proposed solutions align with customer needs,showcase cutting-edge technologies, and highlight the business value.

Roles and Responsibilities

 

Customer Engagement:

  • Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
  • Ask probing and relevant questions to uncover pain points, challenges, and goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights into technology trends and best practices.
  1. Solution Development:
    • Design and propose scalable, innovative solutions that address customer needs.
    • Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
  2. Presales Support:
    • Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations for customers.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
    • Provide responses to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical documentation and solution approaches.
    • Work with the Business Analyst in the team and prepare a scope of work document, estimate efforts for the development of solution prepared and call out the requiresites and assumptions involved.
    • Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight the Cloud Platform value proposition and unique differentiators using whiteboarding, slide presentations, product demonstrations, trial management, and RFI (Request for Information) response documents.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Partner with sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies and support deal closures.
    • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and implementation readiness.
    • Work across cross-functional teams to refine offerings and identify customer-centric improvements.
  4. Industry Expertise:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
    • Share knowledge with internal teams and customers, ensuring continuous learning and innovation.
