SENIOR ENGINEER OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

As a Senior Engineer in Operations & Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of facilities, focusing on exceptional customer service and maintaining high safety and efficiency standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the Operations & Maintenance Lead - Conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify malfunctions in systems and equipment - Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies - Troubleshooting and repairing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC - Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance - Managing work orders and coordinating with external vendors for specialized repair work - Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and find innovative solutions - Supervising subordinates and reviewing utilities consumption to minimize costs - Addressing queries from employees and clients and preparing reports with statistical data - Handling any other assignments given by Management within the contract's purview Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing systems, and HVAC - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the facilities services industry This is a full-time job with benefits including Provident Fund.
