Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute structural works with a strong focus on
Mivan shuttering / formwork system
for high-rise projects.
Plan, monitor, and control daily site activities ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of work.
Review drawings, technical specifications, and provide solutions for site-related issues.
Ensure proper material planning, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
Conduct quality checks of shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works as per IS codes and project standards.
Maintain progress reports, site documentation, and update project management on timelines.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and company norms.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and site supervisors.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
Mivan shuttering/formwork
and structural systems.
Experience in
high-rise residential buildings (30+ floors)
.
Ability to handle site execution independently and manage teams.
Knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project planning.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
