Ensure resident possession in coordination with client CRM & Projects team Ensure all necessary utilities are being given during fit out Ensure Drawing submission and approval for fit out work are being obtained prior Fit Out Commencement. Maintain records of all as build drawing and approved drawings of fit out. Make sure all instruction / guidelines is being followed while carrying the fit out activities Provide necessary permits (High work, hot work permit) before work commencement. Coordinate for all necessary security arrangement for execution of Fit Out. Liaise with resident to meet out their day-to-day requirement. Keep an effective control on work in progress. Ensure all safety requirements are being followed at site. Advise residents contractor on minor execution issues in apartments. Ensure that all residents meet design control specifications as laid down in fit out manual. Liaison with residents in case any issue and provide them with maximum support if required. Ensure Fit Out-tracking report is maintained. Liaise with Client/ PM for any change in the layout at the site Ensure to maintain data related to Fit out & present it to concern stakeholders as and when required.
