- Experience of Product Development in the plastic domain & aluminium die casting.
- Should have hands on experience in product design of the Battery Management System products/ On Board Chargers.
- Prefered exprience in Eletric Vehicle technology & Battery Magagement System products.
- Requirement Analysis, Concept Design
- Detailed Design - 3D design & dwgs
- Calculations, Tolerance stack ups & DFMEA
- Analyse the simultion results & propose the solutions.
- Collaboration with the suppliers in local projects
- Sample Building & Bench marking of the products.
- Address various internal interfaces like System, IE, Quality, Purchase as well as Customer.
- Taking Ownership of the tasks & product development.
- Planning and participating in mechanical reviews.
- Responsible for the time-planning and mechanical release
