Senior Engineer

As a Senior Engineer Quality (Process Quality) for the Injection Moulding division, your role will involve ensuring adherence to process quality standards, identifying and controlling top recurring defects, and driving problem-solving activities using structured methodologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strong knowledge of Process Control and Top Defect Analysis - Conducting Red Bin Meetings & implementing Action Plans at shop floor - Sound understanding of Automotive Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO, etc.) - Proficiency in Problem-Solving Tools (7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, etc.) - Good analytical and communication skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Injection Moulding - Familiarity with automotive quality systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO - Proficient in problem-solving tools like 7 QC Tools, FMEA, 8D, etc. The company is looking for a candidate who can effectively lead defect review meetings, monitor and control process parameters, implement automotive quality systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality improvement initiatives.
