Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for maintaining the clients" IT infrastructure and systems. Your role will involve proactively monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage work queues, address incidents and requests within agreed SLAs, and update tickets with actions taken. - Identify, analyze, and log issues to prevent escalations, contributing to maintaining service quality. - Collaborate with other teams and clients to provide second-level support for efficient problem resolution. - Execute changes meticulously, contribute to the change management process with detailed documentation, and identify tasks for automation to enhance efficiency. - Handle client escalations with professionalism, assist in disaster recovery functions and tests, and contribute to various projects. - Work with automation teams, support L1 Engineers, and drive optimization efforts within a diverse and inclusive environment. Qualifications Required: - Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure. - Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow, and familiarity with ITIL processes. - Experience working with vendors and third parties, proficiency in planning activities and projects, and adaptability to changing circumstances. - Strong communication skills, ability to work across different cultures and social groups, and work well under pressure. - Commitment to prioritizing clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a positive experience. - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
