Senior Engineer - IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration:

• Manage and maintain enterprise collaboration tools such as

  Google Workspace, Zoom, Office 365

  , and

  Active Directory

• Ensure smooth operation, secure access, and proper user provisioning/de-provisioning.

• Identity & Access Management (IAM):

• Administer identity management platforms and enforce secure authentication and authorization practices.
• Implement policies and controls for access governance and compliance.

• IT Governance & Security:

• Support IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Conduct periodic audits, patching, and vulnerability management for collaboration and identity platforms.

• Automation & Optimization:

• Develop scripts or automation workflows to streamline administrative and repetitive tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, reliability, and user experience.

• Incident & Problem Management:

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
• Lead incident response activities, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.

• Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to implement solutions and improvements.
• Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users as needed.
